What we treat
Bed bug treatment
Inspection, targeted treatment and a follow-up visit. One treatment is almost never enough.
General pest control
The starting point when you are not sure what you have. Roaches, spiders, wasps and occasional invaders.
Rodent control — rats & mice
Rats and mice are different problems. We treat them as such, and we seal the way back in.
Cockroach extermination
Kitchen and bathroom harbourage, crack-and-crevice application, and monitoring to confirm it worked.
Termite inspection & treatment
Swarm season in New Jersey is April and May. A flying ant is not a termite swarmer, and we will tell you which one you have.

4. We document and follow up
N.J.A.C. 7:30-7.3 requires a written record of every application within 24 hours — date and hour, the address, municipality and county, the applicator and certification number, the EPA registration number, the product and its active ingredients, and the amounts mixed. We issue that as a digital service ticket you can hand to an inspector.

Questions people ask before they call
How fast can you come out?
Call us and we will tell you when we can be there. We do not publish a blanket response-time promise we cannot keep for every town in six counties.
Do you treat rentals and apartments?
Yes — both for owners and for tenants. In a building of three or more units the landlord generally carries the remediation duty for bed bugs where more than one unit is affected. We can speak to either party and we document the work for both.
Is the treatment safe for children and pets?
We tell you the product used, its active ingredients, and any re-entry interval the label carries, in writing, before we treat. If a label requires you to stay out for a period, you will know the exact time.
Do you offer ongoing plans?
Yes — monthly, quarterly and annual programmes, and Integrated Pest Management for commercial sites. Pricing depends on the inspection, so we do not publish a number we would have to revise on site.
